About this serviceWe offer a single court appearance on behalf of the client, which includes: • Representing the client before the competent judicial authority (personal status, criminal, commercial, etc.). • Providing defense or oral responses according to the case documents. • Submitting any necessary documents or memoranda if required by the court. • Providing the client with a brief report on the court proceedings and court decisions (if any). • Coordinating in advance with the client to review the file and understand the case process before attending.
Terms of Service1. Limiting the service to one session only • Includes representing the client in one session without any obligation to follow up in future sessions. 2. Submitting all case documents in advance • The client must provide us with all documents and information related to the case at least 48 hours before the session. 3. Clarity regarding the type of case and the court • The type of lawsuit (personal status, commercial, enforcement, criminal, etc.), the name of the court, and the exact date of the session are required. 4. The client must pay the fees in advance • Fees must be agreed upon and paid in full before attending the session. 5. No change to the appointment after confirmation • If attendance is confirmed, the appointment cannot be changed or the fees refunded if the client misses the session. 6. No guarantee of the outcome of the case • The service is limited to regular representation at the session and does not guarantee specific results. 7. Contact with the client after the session • The client will be provided with a brief report on the session's proceedings within 24 hours of its convening.
