Terms of Service1. Submit a copy of the judgment to be appealed. The client must provide us with a clear copy of the court judgment to be appealed. 2. Submit complete case documents. The service provider must provide all previous documents and memoranda related to the case. 3. Identify the points of objection (if any). It is preferable to clarify the points the client believes warrant an objection, if they have any special comments. 4. Adhere to the statutory time limit for objection. The client is responsible for ensuring the validity of the statutory time limit for objection. The request must be submitted within the statutory time limit. 5. Advance Payment. Service begins after full payment of the agreed-upon fees. The amount is non-refundable after work begins. 6. Strict Confidentiality. All information and documents are treated with strict confidentiality and will not be disclosed to any party without the client's consent. 7. No Guarantee of the Objection Outcome. Submitting the petition does not guarantee its acceptance or change of the judgment, as this is subject to the discretion of the competent judicial authority.
